Investment Underscores Columbus Region’s Competitive Logistics Edge

Columbus, Ohio – BBI Transportation, a leading carrier in trucking services, is announcing a new investment in Obetz. This expansion will result in the creation of 105 new jobs, with a total annual payroll of $5.9 million. The office space and terminal will serve as a regional headquarters for BBI Transportation, enhancing their operations and allowing the company to better serve its clients across the Midwest and Southeast regions of the United States.
With an investment of $6.25 million, the new Obetz project will strengthen BBI Transportation’s footprint in the Columbus region. The facility is designed to streamline the company’s fleet operations and improve efficiency, supporting their growing client base and future expansion plans.

The 105 new jobs, which range from office roles to driver positions, will enhance the local workforce and contribute to the area’s continued development as a logistics hub. Hiring is set to begin immediately.
