June 24, 2013

Columbus, OH – As a result of its rapid growth and success, Zipline Logistics LLC plans to nearly triple its workforce over the next three years and invest approximately $200,000 in IT equipment and employee training. To accommodate its growth, the company will move from its existing Grandview Heights location to a larger, to-be-determined location within the Columbus Region.

“The Columbus Region has been a great place to start a logistics business,” said Walter Lynch, CEO, Zipline Logistics LLC. “The Region has invested heavily to ensure it remains a major logistics hub.”

A national transportation firm focused on customer service and using the highest quality carriers, Zipline Logistics has earned national praise, being recognized for the past two consecutive years as one of Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing private companies in America. Locally, Business First has included the company on its Fast 50 list of fast-growing Central Ohio companies three years running, and recognized the company on its Best Places to Work list in 2011 and 2012.
