PCCW Teleservices to Significantly Expand Presence in Columbus Region

Columbus, OH – As the result of considerable client growth, PCCW Teleservices, a HKT subsidiary and premier provider of global outsourcing solutions, is expanding its presence in Dublin, Ohio.

PCCW Teleservices (US), Inc. will lease additional space and add 175 new jobs to its Columbus Region workforce to support a significant new client.

Dave Shapiro, president, PCCW Teleservices (US), Inc., said, “PCCW Teleservices is committed to helping brands interact with their customers, and this new partnership will help spur our growth in the Columbus Region. We are excited to expand our presence in Dublin by taking advantage of the youthful and energetic talent pool.”

PCCW Teleservices is making the move to a 52,000-square-foot space at 5200 Rings Road in Dublin to accommodate this latest expansion. The company will be investing in leasehold improvements, a dramatic site renovation and computer equipment.

In addition to the 175 permanent positions, 300 new seasonal jobs will be added in Dublin to support a 6-month project for an existing client. The seasonal jobs have the potential to be extended beyond the currently planned 6-month timeframe.

Hiring for all jobs, which are engagement center positions, will begin immediately.
