Columbus, OH – Exceptional Innovation, Inc. (EI) is renovating its existing Westerville facility and strengthening its existing workforce as part of a $1.4 million investment in the company. To help support the company’s global expansion initiatives, the company will add new jobs in Westerville to develop, test and implement new interactive television hardware products and software platform features for the hospitality industry. The Westerville facility will now serve as EI’s Technology headquarters.

Columbus 2020 and officials from Westerville began working with EI in May 2014 as the company began exploring ways to grow its business. Programs and services within the Columbus Region, along with support from JobsOhio, proved valuable as EI managed new growth. The project demonstrates the ability of Westerville, the Columbus Region and the state of Ohio to support businesses that compete in the global market.

The investment will include renovation of the company’s offices at 480 Olde Worthington Rd. and the new jobs will include a variety of administrative, operations and executive positions along with technical positions such as software developers, quality assurance analysts and hardware engineers. Hiring will begin in January 2016.
