Columbus-Based FacilitySource to Expand its Central Ohio Workforce by 40 Percent

December 15, 2015

Columbus, OH – Locally based facilities management solutions provider FacilitySource will add 125 new jobs while expanding its presence in the Columbus Region to accommodate anticipated growth over the next three years. The company expects to outgrow its current location at 200 East Campus View Blvd., and plans to consolidate operational functions as part of a planned relocation within Columbus. The company will make a final decision on the specific facility location in 2016.

“We are fully committed to Columbus and will continue to grow in the area,” said Bill Hayden, chief executive officer, FacilitySource. “The supportive economic environment, educated workforce and centers of higher education are a great fit for us. We couldn’t be happier.”

FacilitySource offers companies with large, dispersed real estate portfolios innovative alternatives to traditional facilities management solutions. New jobs will include clerical, IT, management and customer service positions, and hiring will begin in 2016. The Columbus office currently employs the majority of FacilitySource’s client support resources.

FacilitySource has grown from 15 to 280 associates in Columbus since 2005, and today employs a total of 470 associates. Investments and acquisitions have driven the company’s significant growth trajectory, resulting in rapid facility and workforce expansion to execute the company’s national go-to-market strategy.
