Columbus, OH – Columbus 2020 was honored as a first place winner for the Columbus Region website at the annual Competitiveness Conference & Site Selection Forum held by the Mid-America Economic Development Council (EDC). The website was recognized in the Large Division Marketing Program category of the Economic Development Awards.
ColumbusRegion.com earned the first place award for its depth of content, site architecture, reports and features. Customizable reports, up-to-the-minute news and recently launched economic dashboards have helped set a new standard for economic development websites.
“We’re honored to be recognized by professionals in the economic development industry, and we’re proud that our website is the go-to source for audiences around the world looking for trusted information about the Columbus Region economy,” said Irene Alvarez, managing director, marketing and communications, Columbus 2020.
