“A soft, easy life is not worth living, if it impairs the fibre of brain and heart and muscle. We must dare to be great; and we must realize that greatness is the fruit of toil and sacrifice and high courage.”
-Teddy Roosevelt
2020 is off and running. All of the ambitions and anxieties we have about our economy and our communities are right in front of us.
We are starting from a good place. 10 straight years of economic growth has put many of our cities and states in a great place to continue to grow and to create even more opportunities to solve some of our biggest issues.
Our partners in business are challenged by rapid advancements in technology, the ability to secure talent, and an evolving geopolitical environment.
Personally, I can’t wait.
Whatever this year brings, we can rest assured that we have more data and more insight into what is working and why other things have not worked than ever before.
We are more diverse, better prepared and have more luxuries than any generation that has come before us.
Let’s go.
