Hims & Hers Health plans to invest more than $200 million to expand its operations in New Albany, doubling its physical footprint in the Columbus Region and creating 400 new jobs. The new facility will support fulfillment, lab testing and pharmacy operations as the company continues to scale its digital health platform.

Why it matters:
A growing company choosing to deepen its roots in Central Ohio through facility expansion and the addition of 400 jobs signals confidence in our metro’s ability to support complex life sciences operations. For families, it means new opportunities. For the Region, it reinforces momentum in one of the fastest-growing segments of healthcare.

Our take:
This expansion highlights why the Columbus Region continues to attract and retain growth-stage companies. Hims & Hers established their first central Ohio facility in 2019 and is now doubling down, a common pattern when companies find the talent, infrastructure and operating environment they need to keep scaling.
