Be a strategic leader and trusted advisor responsible for ensuring the long-term financial health, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness of the Columbus Partnership. The chief financial and administrative officer (CFAO) oversees financial management, human resources, technology, administrative operations and organizational infrastructure to advance the organization’s mission and goals.
As a strategic leader and connector, the program manager oversees a portfolio of community projects, program management office (PMO) operations and a cross-functional team dedicated to advancing digital equity. The position drives high-impact initiatives by building partnerships, managing program delivery, coordinating stakeholder engagement and ensuring measurable outcomes that align with digital equity goals.
Support the execution of the regional housing supply strategy by driving new capital investment in this effort and deploying innovation devised to spur additional supply to meet the increasing housing demand of Central Ohio. Work closely with local municipalities, the private sector and community leaders to eliminate regulatory barriers, lower costs and help ensure robust housing supply to help make the Columbus Region the most prosperous one in the U.S.
Support high-impact business retention and expansion efforts by coordinating company engagement activities, facilitating communication among local and state partners, tracking business intelligence and identifying opportunities that may lead to future investment or expansion projects.
Support the successful execution of business attraction and expansion projects across the Columbus Region. The project coordinator serves as a key member of the deal closing project management and client services team by coordinating project activities, maintaining accurate project records, supporting client engagement and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
