The Role
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide a wide range of administrative support, including scheduling, planning, and arranging travel. As a key gatekeeper, the EA will support and advise staff, partners, stakeholders, and community members on behalf of the CEO.

You have a true passion for helping others, are extremely organized, have the utmost pride in your work, and execute with flawless precision. You’re a fast learner, listen and look for the smallest details, and know how to adapt in any situation.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proven organizational skills.
  • Ability to exercise the highest degree of judgment, discretion, and tact.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
