Columbus, Ohio (September 26, 2022) — BJSS, a world-class technology and engineering solutions company, has announced plans to expand into the Columbus Region, creating 50 new full- and part-time information technology jobs, with hiring to start in the coming months. This year BJSS was recognized as one of the world’s leading consulting companies in Forbes “World’s Best Management Consulting Firms” report.
Headquartered in Leeds, the U.K.-based company BJSS has delivered high-quality technology solutions to the world’s leading companies for nearly three decades. The company is expanding into the U.S. with its first Midwest location, with other offices in New York City and Houston, as well as Europe and Australia. BJSS is expanding into the Midwest to continue its sustainable international expansion strategy and to tap into the Columbus Region’s skilled workforce. The company will finalize its location in the Columbus Region after hiring commences. Operations will begin remotely and transition to a hybrid work model once a physical location is established.

The Columbus Region has benefited from $17 million in fixed investment from U.K. companies over the last ten years, with 2,922 full-time employees currently working at U.K.-based companies in the Region.

Technology operations in the Columbus Region are deep and diverse, spanning industries such as retail, finance and operations. The Ohio State University, one of the largest universities in the U.S. — along with the more than 50 colleges and universities in the Region — supply a steady pipeline of skilled talent, especially in high-demand fields such as engineering and computer science.
