Roles and Responsibilities

As director of marketing and communications, Amy leads the strategy development, management and execution of One Columbus marketing programs, including management of collateral development, digital marketing and public relations efforts. These programs enhance the ability of the One Columbus team to generate opportunities to serve growing companies and promote the Columbus Region’s position as a leading location for business investment.

Amy has over 15 years of experience in various marketing roles. Prior to joining One Columbus she was an account director for Fahlgren Mortine, where for six years she managed and executed marketing and communications programs for a plethora of Columbus Region-based organizations, including One Columbus, City of Dublin, Columbus Regional Airport Authority and Columbia Gas of Ohio.

Why do you live in the Columbus Region?

I can’t imagine living anywhere else. It’s the perfect mix of everything I’m looking for—ample professional opportunities, affordable cost of living, endless amount of things to do (concerts, sporting events, shopping, restaurants, etc.) and a great place to raise a family. It’s a vibrant and growing community with so much potential.

Why do you work in economic development?

I’ve chosen to raise my family in the Columbus Region, and I’m so fortunate to work in a profession that’s positively impacting the lives of not only my family, but everyone that lives and works here. Our work is creating positive change for the economy both for today and the future.
