Columbus, OH – Gwynnie Bee, a subscription-based apparel retailer that offers membership programs for women, has chosen the Columbus Region as the location for its new, flagship fulfillment center. The company’s commitment will bring 401 jobs to the Region over the next three years.

“Gwynnie Bee’s rapid growth has prompted the need for a new fulfillment operation to meet increasing customer demand,” said Robert Escobar, vice president of operations, Gwynnie Bee. “The Columbus Region’s strategic location, skilled workforce and proven success in e-commerce were major factors in the site selection process.”

The company’s commitment to add 401 jobs includes 70 management and administration positions and approximately 330 general associate positions. Hiring for the new positions will begin in late May.

“Bringing Gwynnie Bee to Groveport is a win for the entire Columbus Region,” said Jeff Green, assistant city administrator, Groveport. “We are proud that the city’s commitment to growth has allowed us to develop a strong reputation in e-commerce that continues to attract new and innovative companies. We look forward to continuing that momentum.”
