Role and Responsibilities

Chris works to connect growing companies with resources that will help them start or grow in the Columbus Region. These resources include state and local incentives, project financing, workforce development and training funds, talent acquisition and recruitment programs, real estate assistance and public financing strategies.

In addition, Chris leads the SiteOhio site certification process for the Columbus Region. Why do you live in the Columbus Region?

It’s exciting and vibrant, and has the charms of small town living with the amenities of a large metro.

Why do you work in economic development?

It is great to work with companies of all sizes and industries, and working in economic development gives me an opportunity to help business owners realize the success they dream to have. I can also look back at the businesses that I have helped and know that I have worked to create tens of thousands of jobs for people in my community.
