AcuSport Corporation will add 80 new jobs as part of a $3 million expansion to its Bellefontaine headquarters, continuing the economic development momentum within the Columbus Region. The 19,000-square-foot addition and remodeling project will nearly double the company’s existing space and increase its Ohio workforce to more than 300 within three years.

USA Vinyl to Add 25 Jobs, Invest $2.5 Million in Columbus Region with Move to Groveport

USA Vinyl, LLC, one of the leading wholesale manufacturers of vinyl fencing and vinyl garden products in the country, announced it will invest $2.5 million in the Columbus Region, starting with a move to a 60,000-square-foot facility in Groveport. Columbus 2020 Releases Third Quarter Economic Development Update

Employment in the Columbus MSA rose moderately in the third quarter, compared to the first six months of the year, with the Region gaining 3,000 jobs (0.3 percent), which was equal the national increase but higher than the state increase of less than 0.1 percent. The Region's seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate fell to 5.8 percent in September, besting the 7 percent Ohio rate and a 7.8 percent national rate.
