Ohio Electric and Natural Gas Choice Programs

In 2001, the Ohio state legislature passed a bill that resulted in the Ohio Electric Choice Program. This program drives competition in the energy marketplace, providing businesses with a choice in how they spend their money on electricity. Likewise, businesses may choose their gas under the Natural Gas Customer Choice Program.
